July 4th. BBQ - 2016

Cho family had a July 4th. BBQ at the China Camp State Park in San Rafael, about 65 miles north from home. This year, as Andrew had to work untill 1:00 PM at the Target to make money, Andrew and Jenni could not join the BBQ. Sam and Michelle family, daughter of Myung-Hyuk, the younger sister of Jane in San Jose could not join too. Johnny came up from L.A. as usual but we have had smallest number of family members joining the BBQ this year. - Charlie and Dylan, B. H. Somoon and Myung-Hyk, Johnny, D. I. and Jane, total 7 member only this time.

We drove about an hour to San Rafael to have a BBQ. Expecting crowded road, we left home too early at 9:00 AM. However, there was not many car on the way and we arrived too early, about an hour earlier at 10:00 AM. We had to wait Charlie to arrive about 1 hour later at 11:00 AM.

Charlie reserved this place well in advance. He has never been here and paid $83 to reserve whole day. When we arrived there, we have found whole area was reserved for us only for whole day with 6 picnic tables with 6 BBQ grills, 6 parking lots, one rest room with beautiful San Pably Bay surrounding. Now, we understood why it was so expensive to reserve.
We had very quiet wonderful luxury July 4th. BBQ this year.

This whole area was just for us only. !!!  Great !!!

 We had a great BBQ and were sorry to those who could not join us today to this wonderful place.

It was really beautiful and quiet. I took a great nap here after the BBQ.
