Alaska Trip

Denali National Park was really disappointing. Bus tour took 7 hours (06:00-13:00) but this was the best scenery they could see (This is not the Mt. McKinley). Mt. McKinley is the highest mountain in North America and they have expected a great scenery of glacier. However bus was too far from Mt. McKinley or any other mountains with glaciers. There was nothing much to see other than usual high mountains and a few animals which you can see at any mountain area (Highway 17 in San Jose area has much better scenery). It was total waste of time (2 days) and money ($85/person). $8 theater at Anchorage was far better than Bus Tour at Denali National Park.

 Strong suggestion for future travelers to Alaska : Never take Bus Tour of Denali National Park. 
Take Air Tour (light airplane or helicopter which flies close enough to the mountains).
