Camera중에서 #1 - #4의 네개의 Camera가 어디를 찍고 있는지를 보여주고 있읍니다.

아래에 있는 두개의 시계는 CCTV와는 무관한 무선국 설비의 일부로서, 서울과
California의 현재시간을 표시하는 Digital Clock입니다. 시간뿐 아니라, 날자, 요일, 오전/오후/아침/저녁등을 표시하는
시계입나다. 이시계들로 주로 서울과 교신을 하기 때문에
언제나 두곳의 시간을 확인할수 있어 매우 편리하고, 가운데의 9" 소형 Monitor는 3번 Camera로 차고 앞의 Driveway
사진을 찍어 보여주고있어, 누군가 우리집에 오면 도착 현항을 볼수 있고, 차고문이 열려 있는지? 닫혀 있는지를 항상 감시할수 있읍니다.
Two Digital Clocks in the following
picture are not a part of CCTV, but a part of ham radio station showing
times in Seoul and California always. They are not only clocks showing
times, but also showing Date, Weekday, AM/PM etc.. It is very convenient to
have this kind of information always when I communicate
with hams in Korea, as they can be different many occasions in California and
Seoul requiring conversion while you are talking.
The 9" small monitor in the middle is
to display the driveway to the garage captured by #3 CCTV camera. I can see
who is coming always through this monitor, whenever there is a visitor
arriving, and also monitor whether garage door is open or closed.
1번 Camera는 우리집 앞의 도로를 보여주고있어, 어느 차가 우리집 앞에 서면 금방 알아볼수 있읍니다. 이것으로 주로 감시하는
대상은 하루 건너 오는 처제 (HM1AM의 동생), 일주일에 한번씩 오는 정원사, 가끔 집을 보수하러 오는 Handyman, 매일
오는 우편 배달부, 그리고 거이 매일 같이 오는 Amazon.com을 통해서 사는 물건들의 배달차 등입니다. 이런 차들의 방문을 내방뿐 아니라 집안의 어디서나 항상 감시할수 있읍니다.
#1 Camera catches street in front of
our home and I will know immediately when some car stops in front of our
house. What I am monitoring most are arrivals of : Jane's sister visiting
her sister every other day, gardener once a week on every Monday morning,
our handyman from time to time, mailman everyday and delivery of Amazon.com
very often as I buy almost everything through Amazon.com. It is very
important to monitor their delivery always whenever and wherever I am during
the day.
두번째 Monitor는 현관 앞의 사진으로, 제일 많이 쓰는것이 Amazon.com에 주문하여 수시로 배달되는 물건들과, 우편 배달부가
문 밖에 놓고가는 우편물 들입니다. 나는 소요되는 물건을 거이 100% 집에 앉아서 Amazon.com으로 주문하고, 실제 shopping으로
백화점을 찾는 일이 거이 없음으로, 거이 매일 같이 무언가가 배달됩니다. 이 CCTV 덕분에 무언가 배달되면 첫번째 화면으로 집에
도착하는 순간부터 알수 있어, 미리 현관문을 열고 있다가 받아오기도 하지만, 더러 도로를 보고있지 않을 때에 배달되어도 이 현관 앞
화면으로 즉시로 알게 되어 집어 올수가 있읍니다
The second most important camera is #2
showing the entrance of the house. There are delivery packages from
Amazon.com and/or Mailman almost every day. As I don't go for shopping but
order on-line, there are something delivered almost everyday. When something
is delivered, I will know through the #1 camera first. But if I missed
delivery scene through #1 camera, this #2 camera will display waiting for me
to pick up.
다음 사진의 4번 Camera는 우리집에서 가장 높게 굴뚝위에 설치되어 있어, 상당히 멀리를 감시합니다. 대개
비구름은 이 Camera가 잡는 왼쪽(서쪽) 끝에서 나타나서, 우리집 까지 오는대에 약 1-2 시간 걸립니다. 여기는 여름에는 워낙 비가 안오고 이렇게
구름 한점 없는 푸른 하늘이지만, 겨울의 우기에는 아주 효과 만점입니다.
This is #4 Camera installed at the
highest place of our house - top of chimney. It watches west to northwest
far away to see clouds movement. The sky is mostly blue without cloud in
summer time in California but rainy clouds starts to show from fall season
when rain starts. When rainy clouds stars at west sky, it takes about 1-2
hours to move to our home area. It is very effective way to predict rain in
our home area.

These are #5 and #6 two additional
CCTV Cameras.
#5 Camera는 차고 문의 중앙에 위치하여 Driveway로 들어오는 차를 정면으로 찍습니다.
이래서 그 차에 타고있는 사람들이 누구인지 볼수가 있읍니다.
#5 Camera is located at the center of
garage door looking down the driveway.
This way, we can see who are arriving with that car.
6번 Camera는 Antenna를 감시하고 있는데, 꼭 필요한것은 아니지만, Antenna가 올라가 있는지? 내려와 있는지? 혹시 바람이
많이 불고 있지는 않은지? (여기는 바람이 강할때가 거이 없지만).... 등등을 감시합니다.
#6 Camera is watching Antenna
and Tower. This is not important and wouldn't say it is necessary. However,
I can see whether Antenna is up? or down? Is the wind strong? (Wind is not
too strong usually.) etc.
내 방에서 문 하나만 열고 나가면 한국식 큰 목욕탕이 있고, 대만서 갖어온 대리석 테이블위에 별의 별것이 모두 있어, 여기가 대략 한시간에
한번씩 나가서 담배를 피우는 곳입니다. 대리석 테이블 위에는 Dell의 Notebook Computer가 있어, wireless
network로 실내의 computer들과 연결되어 있어서, 여기 앉아서 담배를 피우면서 할일은 모두합니다.
여기에는 24" 삼성 Monitor로 집앞의 사진을 Display 하고 있고, 그 밑에는 Calif.시간을 나타나내는 시계와 섭씨로 나타나는
온도계가 있어, 항상 시간과 기온을
Display하고 있읍니다. (한국과 교신하려니까, 한국시간과 섭씨를 많이 쓰게 됩니다.)
왼쪽 벽에는 현관 앞 CCTV를 Display하고 있어, 여기서도 무언가 배달되면 즉시로 알수가 있읍니다. 오른 쪽 뒤의 Analog시계는
훨신 뒤의 벽에 붙어 있는것인데, 한국시간에
맞추어져 있읍니다. 실제로 매 시간마다 담배를 피우느라 하루 시간의 약 20% 이상을 여기서 지나기 때문에, 모든 일을 방에서와 같이 할수
있도록, 모든 필요한 것들이 여기에도 설치되어 있읍니다.
If I open a door and walk out, there
is a Korean style hot tub for hot bath and a marvel desk we brought from
Taiwan. There are so many things on the desk - First of all, Dell 17"
Notebook Computer which is connected to other computers in the room by
wireless network and I can work here just as I am in the room. This is a
smoking room, as one side is totally open to backyard. I have cigarettes and
lighters here and smoke every hour here.
On the wall in front, there is 24"
Samsung Monitor to display the front of the house from #1 Camera and 16"
Monitor to display the Entrance sent by #2 Camera. Because I spend more than 20%
of time here to smoke every hour, I have
all I need to work during the day including necessary displays from CCTV Cameras.
이것은 식탁 옆의 Display입니다. 여기 테이블에 앉아서 식사를 하거나 식구들이 모여 앉아서
얘기를 하면서도 집앞에서 무슨 일이 일어나고 있는지? 알아볼수 있읍니다.
This is the display at the dining
table. We will know who has arrived from this display while we are eating or
talking at the dining table.
우리집에 왔든 사람중에, 우리집에
도착하여 현관으로 가다보면, 내가 벌써 도착을 알고 문열고 기다리는것을 보고 놀라지 않았나 생각되는데, 그 비결은 이 CCTV입니다.
Among our visitors, someone might have
surprised as I am already at the entrance with the door opened waiting for
you.
How did I know you came? The secret was this CCTV !!
